With more than 18 years of experience in aviation recruitment, Billy has built a strong reputation for delivering trusted recruitment solutions across rotary, fixed-wing, and specialist aviation markets worldwide.
For over 15 years, he has worked closely with Aberdeen-based helicopter operators and maintenance providers, supporting the ever-changing demands of the offshore sector with both permanent hires and seasonal manpower solutions.
His wider experience also spans fixed-wing operators across the UK, Europe, and international markets.
Beyond engineering recruitment, Billy has helped clients secure talent across a broad range of functions including Safety & Compliance, Airworthiness, Flight Operations, Hoist Operations, and senior leadership appointments.
He is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities while helping aviation businesses build high-performing teams.
A strong advocate for the future of the industry, Billy actively supports apprenticeship and early-career programmes, helping raise awareness of the varied and rewarding careers available within aviation.

With over 14 years of industry experience, Lee has developed strong relationships with some of the most reputable and demanding clients in the market. His client portfolio spans FTSE-listed companies, major airlines, maintenance providers, OEMs, and some of the world’s leading VVIP organisations.
Specialising in the aviation, aerospace, and eVTOL sectors, Lee is a trusted industry expert who values transparency and first-class communication.
Lee also leads the company’s Executive Search function, delivering Director-level and senior appointments for clients across the globe.
In addition Lee heads up our MENA operations with over 13+ years delivering world class talent to the GCC region before making the move to the UAE full time where he supports our GCC clients and continues to grow our portfolio in the region.
